Local life in Punnawithi

Punnawithi combines residential side streets around Sukhumvit 101 with cafés, local meals and the workspaces of True Digital Park. The BTS Skytrain connects it with other parts of Sukhumvit. Houses and condominium buildings sit beyond the main road in the sois, the Thai word for side streets.

The residential side of Sukhumvit 101

Houses and condominium buildings line the smaller streets beyond the main road. Cafés, food stops and the journey to the train become part of a stay here. Residential side streets and the busier main road have different surroundings, so the home’s exact position matters when deciding how the area fits your plans.

A café visit to Cataleya Estate

Cataleya Estate, at 88 Soi Punnawithi 33, combines a café and restaurant, with coffee and Mediterranean food among its offerings. For a visit to Cataleya Estate, use its own address and current visitor information.

Meals and everyday choices

Hua Seng Hong’s Sukhumvit 101 branch offers a Chinese meal at the entrance to the soi. True Digital Park brings another group of restaurants and shops together, useful if you are already there for work or a meeting. Its directory lists individual businesses. A café visit further into Punnawithi 33 is a separate outing from a meal in the complex.
