Each can welcome one additional child or a guest using the sofa bed at no extra charge. The room photographs and stair details will help you see whether the layout works for everyone travelling.

Yes. HAUS 924 comfortably accommodates seven guests and CAVE 53 two. Each home can welcome one additional child or a guest using the sofa bed at no extra charge. The online calendar checks up to seven guests at HAUS 924 and two at CAVE 53. For the additional guest, send us your dates and full group size, including children and infants, so we can discuss the sleeping arrangements.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00, Bangkok time, at both homes. If you expect to arrive earlier or leave later, let us know your plans. We’ll need to confirm any different times in advance.

For confirmed stays, we share detailed directions and entry instructions privately. If anything is unclear as you plan your journey, get in touch and we’ll help.

Each home has free parking for one car. If you’re bringing a larger vehicle, ask us about the approach and turning space. CAVE 53 is mostly level, with small steps and no staircase. HAUS 924 spans five floors, with stairs and no lift. Tell us about any access needs before booking so we can help you decide whether the home works for your stay.

An optional paid airport transfer is available for HAUS 924. You can select it during checkout.

Our homes are places to rest and spend time together, within neighbourhoods where other people live. To keep that setting peaceful, we ask for no parties, pets or loud voices. Smoking is outdoors only, and overnight guests must stay within the home’s stated limit. If you’d like to have visitors, speak with us before making plans.

A light local breakfast is included with your stay: a small morning meal of everyday Thai food. It offers a taste of local life and something light to start your day.

Yes. Cleaning during your stay is available on request for an extra charge; routine housekeeping is not included. Let us know if you’d like it, and we’ll confirm the price and arrangements.
