Babyccino’s Ekkamai branch is in Soi 12. A soi is a side street, and many of the area’s cafés sit along these smaller roads. Babyccino also has a location at Mahanakhon Cube, so use the Ekkamai branch when looking up directions.

Kaizen Coffee serves specialty coffee and brunch at C Ekkamai, 888 Sukhumvit 63. The official location page lists daily opening from 7.30am to 4.30pm. This is a different branch from Thonglor To Go on Sukhumvit 49.
