Checking dates and prices
Choose a home and dates to see availability and a price breakdown. The online calendar currently checks up to seven guests at HAUS 924 and two at CAVE 53.
Each home can welcome one additional child or a guest using the sofa bed at no extra charge. For a party including that extra guest, contact us about your dates rather than entering a lower guest count.
Viewing a price does not hold the dates. Complete your booking and payment in Lodgify. If you have already booked, use the confirmation from your original booking platform.
Price and payment
Before confirming a stay, review the total price, fees and taxes, currency, payment schedule, cancellation terms and any deposit for your dates. These details apply to that particular quote. Lodgify confirms these details before payment. If anything is unclear, our team can help you understand it. Please do not send card details by email or LINE.
Changes and cancellation
Cancellation, changes and refunds depend on your booking. Please read the terms shown with your quote before confirming. If your plans change after booking, contact us with your reference or use the original booking platform.
Arrival, access and requests
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00, Bangkok time. Each home has free parking for one car. CAVE 53 is mostly level, with small steps and no staircase. HAUS 924 spans five floors, with stairs and no lift. Pets, parties and loud voices are not allowed, and smoking is outdoors only. Read Guest Information for the house rules, included light local breakfast and cleaning on request. Please wait for our confirmation before making plans around a special request.
